Just to set the stage, my hair is long, thick, wavy, coarse, dry, color treated, and sun/chlorine/salt water exposed. It's not easy to find a conditioner that tames my frizz. I like the consistency of this conditioner and how easily it applies to my hair in the shower. It works well to detangle. It has a nice, light scent that reminds me of fruity baked goods, though I only noticed the scent in the shower–it didn't last on my dry hair. I leave it on longer than the recommended 2-3 minutes and avoid my scalp. The results are overwhelmingly OK. My hair is kind of frizzy, but not as much as usual. I didn't notice a difference in shine. The feeling of dryness in my ends is not much different than usual. So, it seems to have done something, but not a lot. The one thing that bothered me was that when I took the tub out of its box, there was conditioner that had seeped through the screw top and dried on the outside of the tub. It was all stuck in the threads of the screw top and stuck to the lid, too. It'd be nice if it had come with a safety seal to maintain the conditioner integrity until I opened it.
