Disappointed
Got this as a gift for myself and it was fine. Not super loud but loud enough for the size. It's compact and travel size (Hand for reference) which is why I got it. However within a month the left ear completely went out, out of nowhere! I'm so sad because I honestly was excited to use then.

    They work for teleconference meetings just great. Good range when I am walking around away from my computer. I’m not picky about audio quality for this purpose but it sounds fine. (I also am a musician who records myself at home and have fancy studio headphones for that.)

    Died After 5 Months

    I bought these headphones on Aug 5, 2022 which is a bit over 5 months ago. This past weekend they stopped working. The headphones will not turn on and won't take a charge nor does the indicator light come on when trying to charge them. I've only used these maybe 6 times, never dropped, wet, left in the cold or ay hint of misuse. I'll try contacting Amazon or the seller but I'm holding my breath on this one. So in the mean time I can only give them one star and say buyer beware.

    UPDATE: I talked to a Sony agent who helped me to get the headphones working again. Their customer service is great. As far as the headphones themselves, the sound quality isn't the best but maybe that's the nature of over-the-ear headphones. I want over-the-ear headphones when I go camping so that I can hear what may be outside my tent while listening to music. Upgraded review to 4 stars.
