What should I do if my O2 keyboard feels too sensitive?
We recommend updating to the latest firmware to resolve this issue and avoid any discomfort or operational errors.
How can I update the firmware?
Please choose the wired mode, and make sure you’re using the latest Hive APP. Hive>>>My Device>>>Setting. If there is a red dot in the Online Update section, please click Check for Updates directly.
What if there is no red dot when I update the firmware?
Please click the folder iconn behind Firmware Update>>>Select and upload the latest firmware file(please get it by contacting the seller)>>>Click the Import icon to the right of the folder icon>>>Wait for the update to succeed.
What if the bluetooth does not work or the keyboard does not connect to my computer?
1. Please ensure your keyboard has sufficient battery power.
2. Please ensure you have selected the correct connection mode (the 2.4G and Bluetooth switch is located on the front left side of the keyboard).
What if the key is sticky or does not work?
1. Please use the included keycap remover to remove the keycaps.
2. Remove the switches by hand and then reinstall them.
3. If still does not work, replace the switch with another less commonly used one, and ask us for a replacement switch.
